Tariff
Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday, from 4 p.m. on the arrival day to 10.00 a.m. on the departure day. Weekends/part weeks may be booked out of season by arrangement.
Weekly rates range from £190 to £450, depending on dates and number of people. Please ring to discuss rental rates in detail.
Bookings are confirmed with deposit payment (a third of the total charge) with the balance payable 4 weeks before your holiday starts.
Costs of heating, electricity and water are included in the rental cost, as are normal cleaning costs, but visitors are asked to leave the barn as tidy and clean as reasonably possible. Any damages caused by our guests must be paid for and we do reserve the right to make a charge for special cleaning if required, in particular in relation to visitors’ dogs if necessary.
We hope we have thought of all the things you might need to make your stay at Chantry’s Barn relaxing and memorable – but please ask us if you have any requests – we want you to enjoy your visit to this lovely part of the West Country as much as we enjoy living here.
